Privacy Policy
This is the privacy policy of Diazluna Corp (Wheaton, Illinois; diazluna.com), the company that makes and operates Hechito. "We" and "us" below mean Diazluna Corp.
The short version: your data and your customers' data never leave your account. We process it to run YOUR back office, we don't sell it, and nobody else's product is built on it.
1. What we collect
- Website: waitlist email, your trade, language, and the campaign that brought you (UTM). A cookieless visit counter (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that stores nothing on your device. Optional analytics only with your consent.
- App (when you use it): voice sessions you start (recorded and transcribed), photos and documents you capture, your device's location when you capture (to set job sites), push notification tokens, and account details via our sign-in provider.
2. What we do with it
One thing: turn your work into your records — jobs, quotes, invoices, books. Your identifiable data is processed only to provide the service to YOU. Improvements we ship to everyone are built from de-identified patterns and never contain your data.
3. What we never do
- We do not sell or share your personal information (in the CCPA sense). No ad-tech on our pages.
- We do not train products for other businesses on your identifiable data.
- We do not share your personal information or your customers' (phone numbers included) with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Text messages (SMS/MMS)
Businesses that use Hechito can have a business phone number. When you text one of those numbers, or the business texts you from it, the messages pass through Hechito. This section covers those messages and the people who send and receive them, whether or not they have a Hechito account.
- What we collect: your mobile phone number; the content of the messages and any photos you send or receive, with their date and time and whether they were delivered; and the record of your consent: when and how you started the conversation or asked to be texted, and any STOP, HELP or START reply.
- How we use it: only to deliver the business's messages to you about your job (replies, visit times, quotes, invoices and payment reminders), to keep that job's records for the business, to honor your request to stop, and to keep the service working and secure. We do not use it to advertise to you.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and providers of the text message services. This covers every kind of transfer: we do not sell, rent, lend, trade or otherwise give this information to anyone for their own use.
- Who carries the messages: our text-message provider (Twilio) and the phone carriers and aggregators that connect it to your phone receive your number and the message only to deliver it.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time and that number stops texting you. Reply HELP for help. The full texting terms are in section 9 of our Terms of Service.
- How long we keep it: the messages and the record of your consent are part of the business's job records. They are kept while the business's account is active and are deleted when the business deletes its account. Our text-message provider keeps its own delivery records as the law requires.
- Questions or requests: ask the business that texted you, or write to hola@hechito.com.
5. Service providers
We use vetted providers to run the Services, under contracts limiting them to our instructions: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, analytics), Anthropic (language understanding), Deepgram (speech-to-text), ElevenLabs (text-to-speech), LiveKit (real-time voice sessions), Twilio (business phone numbers, calls and text messages), Resend (email delivery), Expo (app builds and push delivery), Google Firebase (push notifications on Android), Google Maps Platform (map images, addresses and business lookup), Clerk (sign-in), Neon (databases), RevenueCat (in-app subscriptions), Stripe (payments on the web), and Apple and Google (purchases in their app stores).
6. Retention & your rights
Your records persist while your account is active — they ARE your books. You can export and you can delete. Waitlist emails are kept until launch outreach completes or you ask us to remove you (hola@hechito.com). California residents: the rights to know, delete, and correct apply; we don't sell data, so there is nothing to opt out of.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped per account at the infrastructure level, and secrets are managed, not hardcoded. No system is perfect; we'll tell you promptly if something affecting you goes wrong.
8. Children
The Services are for businesses and not directed at children under 13.
